It is with regret therefore that the RYA and the RORC have taken the decision that SBR will be discontinued with effect from 1^st January 2011 (1^st June 2011 in Southern hemisphere countries).

Common confusions 11:  Certificate processing times - help us to help you!

Not a technical common confusion as we normally include, but nevertheless an issue which causes some discussion!

This offers the advantages to manufacturers of providing a complete service to their customers in a manner accepted by certification authorities.

The RORC Rating Office, acting as the IRC Rule Authority for IRC in GBR, have now decided that with effect from 1^st January 2011, sailmakers submitting sail data for an IRC Endorsed certificate for British owned boats will be required to be IHC certified.
