RYA/RORC SPORTSBOAT RULE: The 2010 revalidation form and Rule text have just been mailed out to 2009 certificate holders.

2010 new application forms are now available in the SBR section of this website; and the Recognised One Design ratings for 2010 will be updated shortly.

MOCRA: The 2010 revalidation form will be mailed out to 2009 certificate holders as soon as we have received the finalised rule text to send out with it.

The RORC Rating Office has undertaken a paper-saving initiative for 2010, in consideration of the environment and to reduce the amount of unnecessary paperwork going through the office.  Not only does this mean we will be storing a boat's history on the computer rather than in a paper file, but moving forward with technology we are changing our policy regarding sending out IRC certificates, in our role as GBR Rule Authority.

GBR owners:   If you rely on or regularly ask your sailmaker to organise and pay for IRC trial certificates for you, this can now be done through our MyIRC online payment system (you will need to have a MyIRC owner account).  Please see the following PDF documents for more information:

Remember that trials can only be run where a current, valid certificate is held (ie. 2010).

Just approved:  The IRC North Wales Championship 2010 will be incorporated into Abersoch Keelboat Week in August.
