IRC 2014 prescription – Rule 21.6.1


In accordance with IRC Rule 11.2, the GBR IRC Rule Authority prescribes that for the RORC Transatlantic Race 2014, IRC Rule 21.6.1 is varied to the extent that a boat may carry one more spinnaker than shown on her current certificate of area not greater than rated SPA without an increase in rating.
