IRC GBR Rule Authority Prescriptions

In accordance with IRC Rule 11 the Rule Authority may issue prescriptions that vary IRC Rules. Acting as the GBR IRC Rule Authority the RORC Rating Office has issued the following prescriptions: 

RORC Transatlantic Race

In accordance with IRC Rule 11.2, the GBR IRC Rule Authority prescribes that for the RORC Transatlantic Race, IRC Rule 21.6.1 is varied to the extent that a boat may carry one (1) more spinnaker than shown on her current certificate of area not greater than rated SPA without an increase in rating.

This prescription is valid until further notice.
