Join the RORC Rating Office – Deputy Director

The RORC Rating Office is seeking an experienced Deputy Director to support the delivery of world-class rating, measurement, and technical services for IRC and YTC. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the Rating Office team, oversee core operations, and represent RORC and IRC at international sailing events.

We are looking for someone with 5 years professional experience with a background in Naval Architecture, Yacht Design, or a related technical discipline, experience in technical sport administration and class rules, and proven skills in stakeholder engagement and leadership. Programming experience is desirable.
