Andrew works with the Rating Office on a consultancy basis.

Andrew is a RORC measurer and sits on the IRC Technical Committee and RORC Technical Committee. He is Chief Measurer for the ClubSwan 50, ClubSwan 36, ClubSwan42, Swan 45 and J/Class.
