Emma Smith

Technical Team

Emma joined the team in 2005. She is a member of our Technical Team and handles the IRC ratings for many UK boats as well as several overseas Rule Authorities.

Emma is the UK secretariat for the IRC Congress international meeting held annually in October, and for the GBR IRC Committee which meets in September.  Emma is also the contact for IRC GBR Championship organisers, and looks after our RORC measurers around the country and day to day office management.
